These terms are written in plain language because legal jargon benefits no one. By using Wretify, you agree to the following.
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Wretify is for personal use by individuals aged 13 or older.
One account per person. Do not share your access or use Wretify on behalf of an organization without permission.
You own everything you write. Every word, every note, every brainstorm. Wretify does not claim any rights to your content. We never have and never will.
Your writing is stored in your own Google Drive as plain Markdown files. We do not have access to your files. We do not copy them. We do not use them to train AI models.
If you leave Wretify, your files stay in your Drive. Nothing to export. Nothing to migrate. They were always yours.
Use Wretify for writing, thinking, and creating. Do not use it to:
Wretify is one plan: $7/month or $45/year. Every feature is included. No tiers, no locked features. Plans are billed monthly or annually, as chosen at signup.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your files remain in your Drive regardless.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment. Reach out and we will sort it out like humans.
Wretify’s AI features use a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. You provide your own API key from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) or DeepSeek. You are responsible for the costs and terms of your relationship with those providers.
AI requests, with your key, pass through our server on their way to the provider. We do not log, store, or inspect your key or the content of these requests.
We work hard to keep Wretify available, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Because your data lives in your own Drive, a Wretify outage does not mean your data is inaccessible. Your files are always there.
The Wretify name, logo, design, and code are owned by Wretify. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.
Your content is yours. Our product is ours. Clean separation.
Wretify is provided “as is.” We do our best, but we cannot guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. For free-tier users, that amount is zero.
We are not liable for any data loss that occurs within your Google Drive, as we do not control or manage your Drive storage.
You can stop using Wretify at any time. Sign out. Delete the app. Your files remain in your Drive.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.
If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
